Protestant Services

The term "Protestant" is now loosely applied to all Christian churches that are not Roman Catholic. For many churches, a better description might be "Non-denominational." In any case, funerals for non-Catholics involve many details unique to various faith traditions.

Our experience handling the various types of Protestant and non-denominational services ensures a smooth process for each family as we work with your pastor and church staff to plan the funeral.

As soon as possible, our funeral director will notify the church of the death and will coordinate the details necessary to plan the service. During the arrangement meeting, we will discuss the details of the service with the family and assist in communicating with the cemetery staff. We will also make available a wide selection of stationery, including Guest Register books, Memorial Folders or Prayer cards, and Acknowledgement Cards. 

If the funeral is held in our chapel, we will also discuss music selections, and if necessary, secure an organist to play for the service.
