William Buckey "Buck" Waters Ii

William Buckey “Buck” Waters II, 32, passed away on January 13, 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia. The relatives and friends of Buck Waters are invited to attend his Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM Friday January 20, 2017 in the James A. McAlister Chapel, 1620 Savannah Highway. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Buck was born on December 24, 1984 the son of W. Buckey Waters and Donna M. Waters.  He graduated from James Island High School in 2003.  He was currently enrolled at Emory University School of Nursing.  He shared his love of science and medicine by tutoring in his free time. Buck was a loving son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. Buck is survived by his parents W. Buckey Waters of Ravenel and Donna M. Waters (Terry) of Charleston. His sisters, Mandy W. Livingston (Cal) of Charleston and Ali Waters(Hudson) of Charleston. His nephew Ellison Livingston V. His grandparents BJ “Meme” Morgan (Tommy) and his Partner, Kyle Smith.  He was predeceased by his grandparents Harold H. Morgan of Charleston and W. John “Buck” & Frances Waters of Charleston. Buck is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, mentors and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital (https://netcommunity.musc.edu/kids).
