Will E. Hunt

Will Hunt James Island-William Earl Hunt, age 58, of James Island, SC, died Friday February 1, 2013. Will was born September 29, 1954 in Hernando, MS, the son of James and Marie Hunt. He grew up in Charleston, SC where he graduated from Trident Tech's Sheet Metal Trades program and then started his own residential maintenance business. He had a passion for the martial arts and the guitar as well as a love and respect for nature. He was a deeply spiritual man with a close connection to God. Will Hunt leaves behind his daughter Starr Gardy, Fiancée Helen Porter, Three grandchildren Trenton hunter, Amelia Gardy, and Jeffrey Porter, and siblings Ann Rivera, Jimmy Hunt, Jean Richards, and Paul Hunt. He will be greatly missed by all who encountered him. The relatives and friends of William Earl Hunt are invited to attend his Memorial Service 1:00 PM, Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at James A. McAlister Funeral Home, 1620 Savannah Highway, Charleston, SC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
