Susan Elizabeth Stokes

Susan Q. Stokes, 91, passed peacefully in her sleep at her home in Charleston, SC on July 5, 2016. She was born August 10, 1924 in Mayfield, KY. Susan was the beloved wife and bestfriend of the late Harry B. Stokes of Hickman, KY. She is survived by her children: Anne Stokes Krusen, Slade Stokes, Barrett Stokes, all of Charleston, SC and Camille Barwick of Sumter, SC; her Grandchildren, David Spillman of Union City, OH,Daniel Spillman of Zionsville, IN and Brian Spillman of Sumter, SCand Great grandchildren, Emerson Spillman, Sullivan Spillman and Finnegan Spillman, also of Zionsville, IN. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the First United Methodist Church, 105 Wellington St., Hickman, KY 42050. A private family Memorial Service is planned for a later date in Charleston, SC.
