Stephen Zopher Prentzas

Stephen Zopher Prentzas was born December 3, 1992 and passed away August 29, 2022. Stephen came to Charleston as a teenager. He started working on the water where he earned his Commercial Captain’s License and Crane Operator’s License. He loved the water.

Stephen met the love of his life, Sophia, and they married. They had the true joy of his life, a son, Dane Prentzas. Stephen is survived by his best friend, his father, Steve Prentzas and mother, Donna Smith; sister, Autumn Prentzas of Greensboro, NC; Sophia Prentzas and son, Dane Prentzas of Jupiter, Florida; grandparents, Bertha Smith of Gibsonville, NC, Gail and Billy Casper of Asheboro, NC as well as Mike Prentzas of Greensboro, NC.

Interment services will be a private ceremony.
