Ruth Ann Willis, 88, of Charleston, SC widow of William E. Willis entered the church triumphant on Monday March 16, 2015. The relatives and friends of Mrs. Ruth Ann Willis are invited to attend her Memorial Service at 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 19, 2015 at St. Mark United Methodist Church, 413 Geddes Ave. The family will receive friends on hour prior to the service. Ann was born on July 15, 1926 in Louisa, Kentucky to the late Wayne Vinson and Yorka Crum Vinson. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a faithful member of St. Mark United Methodist Church where she performed with the "Goodness Gracious Band" and enjoyed all fellowship opportunities. She and her late husband owned and operated Printers Inc. for thirty years. She is survived by two daughters: Duska A. Willis of Monks Corner, SC; and Tammy S. Willis of Charleston, SC. Four grandchildren: Andrew D. Willis, (Betsy Winiecki); Tiffany A. Willis; William Chad Willis; and Kyle Galvez. One great grandson, Zen DeBenedetti. Two special daughters: Vickie Filyaw; and Nancy Bartlett, and one loving friend, Carolyn Huckabee. She is also survived by several special nieces, nephews, and friends. She was predeceased by a son, William E. Willis, Jr.; one sister Virginia Hazel Vannoy; two brothers Joseph W. Vinson and Richard Queen.
