Ronald Emmett Ferrara

Ronald Emmett Ferrara died at the family residence on Daufuski Island. Ronnie was born in Charleston, SC on October 17, 1960. He graduated from College Preparatory High School and attended Guilford College in North Carolina where he played football and lacrosse. Ronnie was a contractor specializing in historic renovations. He is survived by his mother, Dr. Emily McDuffie Ferrara, his sister, Marie; his brothers, Bernard, and his wife, Diane, Clifford, Martin and his wife, Katherine, Charles and four nieces and four nephews. Ronnie was predeceased by his father, Dr. Bernard E. Ferrara. The relatives and friends of Ronald E. Ferrara are invited to attend his Funeral Service at 12:30 PM, Friday, June 5, 2009, at the Graveside, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Church Restoration Fund 89 Hasell St. Charleston, SC 29401.
