Robert Edwin Moseley, Sr.

Robert Edwin Moseley, Sr., 80, of Georgetown, South Carolina passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at the Medical University in Charleston, from complications due to the corona virus. He was cremated at his own request.

Robert, affectionately known as "Bob" or "Bobbio", was born on November 14, 1940, in Greenville, South Carolina. He graduated from Greenville High School in 1958, before joining the US Navy. After receiving an honorable discharge as a Naval RD3, Bob also attended the University of South Carolina where he first earned his accounting degree.  He then earned his law degree and practiced law in Charleston, SC.

Bob is survived by two sons, Robert E. Moseley, Jr. (Samantha) of Florida and Benjamin B. Moseley; two grandchildren, Cayman and Atticus Moseley; younger brother, James Moseley (Sandra); long-time, loving, companion, Angela May Lawrimore and long-time, best friend, Jermie "Bucky" Watkins.

A Memorial Service will be held in his honor at a later date at "The Big Tuna" in Georgetown, SC for family and friends.

Bob was an avid outdoorsman and had a passion for birds. So, in lieu of flowers we are requesting donations be made in his name to the CCA of South Carolina www.joincca.org and Audubon South Carolina https://sc.audubon.org which oversee the conservation and protection of sea life and birds in the state.
