Richard Carlton Kelly, Jr.

Richard Carlton Kelly, Jr.,63, of North Charleston, the husband of Margaret Jennelle O'Neal Kelly, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at his residence. Rick was born in Newark, NJ on Sunday, November 16, 1947 the son of Richard Carlton Kelly, Sr. and Marie Allee Jefferson Kelly. He faithfully served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Rick was a retired Fiber Optics Technician with Verizon. Surviving are his wife, Margaret J. Kelly, two daughters; Jada Kelly , Vennia Kelly, two brothers; Michael Kelly , Irving Kelly, two sisters; Sylvia Silas and Elaine Dawkins; a grandson, Jeremiah McMillian and a host of aunts and uncles. The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Richard C. Kelly, Jr. are invited to attend his Memorial Service at 1:00 PM, Monday, April 25, 2011 at the James A.
