Raymond Earl Staylor Iii

On Saturday, January 21, 2023, Raymond Earl Staylor III (Ray) joined his wife, Jeanne Lynn Staylor, in eternal peace.  Ray passed at the age of 66, in Charleston, SC. He will be missed deeply by his children, Cynthia Marie New, Raymond Scott Staylor and Amy Ashley Rock.

Ray was born in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of Raymond Earl Staylor, Jr. and Linda Brinson Staylor.  In addition to his children, he is survived by his siblings, Laura Chandler and Michael Staylor; his grandchildren, Evelyn Staylor, Candace New, Lillian Staylor, Kristen New, Bayley Rock, Christopher New, Jr. and Isabelle Rock.

His Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at the James A. McAlister Chapel, 1620 Savannah Highway, Charleston, SC 29407. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 604 Ft. Johnson Road, Charleston, SC 29412.
