Paul H. Fouchecourt Jr., 65, a retired Laboratory Technician for Sullivan's Island Water Department and a veteran of the United States Navy, died at his residence Tuesday, July 23, 2013. The relatives and friends of Mr. Paul H. Fouchecourt are invited to attend a Gathering of Friends between the hours of 2:00 & 4:00 PM Sunday, July 28, 2013, at the James A.
