Nancy Gail Mundo

Charleston - Nancy Mundo, 58, passed away Thursday at her home. The relatives and friends of Nancy Mundo are invited to attend her Visitation between 5 and 7 PM Tuesday, February 9, 2016, at the James A. McAlister Funeral Home, 1620 Savannah Highway, Charleston. Nancy was born August 15, 1957. She was schooled in Austin, TX, and later received her Associate's Degree from Trident Technical College in North Charleston. She served as an X-Ray Technician at MUSC, and eventually retired from MUSC. Nancy loved Charleston, and although she moved away for a time following Hurricane Hugo, she could not stay away for long, but 'had to get back to Charleston'. Nancy is survived by her 2 daughters, Tina Mundo, and Carrie Mundo (fiancée, AJ), her mother, Mary Payne, 2 sisters, Shari Penny and Carol Berk, and a host of extended family and friends.
