Mark Edward Erickson, born September 1, 1965, in St. Paul, Minnesota, passed away surrounded by his girls, on the morning of Friday, September 12, 2025. Mark was a beloved husband, father, brother, son, and friend. He was deeply loved by all who knew him.

Mark is survived by his wife of 32 years, Hollis Erickson, his daughters, Avery Erickson and Elliott Erickson Boals (Harrison Boals). He is also survived by his parents, Edward and Diane Erickson, and his sister Lynn Erickson Walker (Art Walker).

Mark grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, attending Pace Academy. He was also a proud graduate of the University of Georgia where he was a member of the Chi Phi fraternity. Mark carried lifelong friendships from his school days into adulthood. He was cherished by many friends and embraced life to the fullest whenever he had the chance.

Mark worked in the commercial real estate industry for over twenty years, eventually earning the prestigious SIOR designation. He held the title of Vice President of the Industrial Services Team. The influence Mark had on the community will leave a lasting impact for years to come.

Mark's warmth and humor drew people into his world, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew him. His zest for life, his deep commitment to family, and his professional accomplishments will be remembered with love and admiration by those he leaves behind.

A service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, September 19, 2025, at St. Andrew's Church Mt. Pleasant, 440 Whilden St., Mount Pleasant, SC 29464. No reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Elios' foundation: The Phillips-Amick Foundation for Cancer Research (www.PAFCR.com). Mark and family strongly believed in the foundation and the impact it had on Mark's treatment success.
