Marilyn Teresa Nannicelli, 83, a caring and devoted wife of the late Ronald Nicholas Nannicelli, a loving and nurturing mother, and a highly-esteemed secretarial professional, went to be with the Lord Thursday, February 5, 2025.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 3871 Betsy Kerrison Parkway, Johns Island. The Rite of Committal will follow in the churchyard.

Marilyn was born on September 19th, 1942 in Boston, MA, the daughter of the late John and Helen Gnecco. Marilyn spent most of her life in Braintree and Walpole, MA. She attended the Katharine Gibbs Secretarial School and additionally, had a passion for art.

Marilyn was known for her kindness toward others, friendship, and making others feel comforted.

She is survived by her daughter Paula M. Horn of Winnetka, IL; son Stephen R. Nannicelli of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren Alexis M. Horn, Ryan N. Horn, and Isabella E. Nannicelli; and her sister Carole Mockford of Coffs Harbour, Australia.

Marilyn was well loved and respected by all who knew her. Her journey over, may she now rest in eternal peace with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
