Margaret V. Jarrell

Margaret Virginia Jarrell, 92, of Charleston, SC went to be with her Lord and Savior in the early morning of November 11, 2022.

The relatives and friends of Margaret V. Jarrell are invited to attend her Funeral Service at 12:00 PM, Saturday, November 19, 2022, at the James A. McAlister Chapel, 1620 Savannah Hwy, Charleston. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Margaret was born October 28, 1930, in Bennettsville, SC to Beatrice Nesbitt Player. She and her sister were raised by her mother and their beloved grandfather, John Nesbitt.

Margaret was of the Christian faith, an avid reader and an amazing gardener who shared her plants with many. She was well known for her tender heart, where animals were concerned, and completely devoted to her family and friends. She will be forever missed by those who benefitted from her substantial kindness and generosity.

Margaret was preceded in death by her mother, her husband, Walter C. Jarrell and her sister, Elsie Pringles.

Margaret is survived by her treasured son, Steve W. Jarrell.
