Madison Mark Hutto

Madison Mark Hutto, 32, of Charleston, SC reposed in the Lord on April 27, 2026.

His Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at Holy Ascension Orthodox Church, 265 North Shelmore Boulevard, Mount Pleasant. Interment will follow at Riverview Memorial Park, 3715 Azalea Drive, North Charleston.

Madison is the son the late Thomas A. Hutto, Jr. and Virginia J. Hutto. He is survived by his mother, Virginia; brother, Thomas A.Hutto III and his wife Lindsay; sister Eliza Hutto Cantwell and her husband, Josh; his niece, Caroline Hutto; his nephews Bowers and Ellis Cantwell and Baker Hutto.

Madison was an avid reader, collector of books and held strong emotional connections to literature and philosophy. He was a committed advocate for the protection of animals and held a deep love of nature gained from growing up in the beautiful Lowcountry of South Carolina. He was passionate about board sports which captured this love of nature and the "freedom of the ride".

Madison was a faithful member of St. Gregory the Theologian Orthodox Church having been chrismated in Wappingers Falls, New York.

With the souls of the righteous departed,

give rest to the souls of Thy servant, O Savior,

preserving him in that blessed life

which is with Thee, who loves mankind.

In the place of Thy rest, O Lord,

give rest also to the soul of Thy Servant,

for Thou alone loves mankind.

In lieu of flowers, Madison's family respectfully requests memorial donations be made in Madison's name to St. Gregory the Theologian Orthodox Church, 1500 Route 376, Wappingers Falls, New York, 12590.
