Madeline H. Frierson

Madeline Clark Frierson, 90, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest on September 24, 2013. Madeline was born in Charleston on October 15, 1922, a daughter of Sam and Martha Clark. She was the wife of the late Eugene Frierson and together they owned and operated Eastside TV for more than 57 years. They also found time to raise six children, Juanita Anderson, Leon Frierson, Allen Frierson, Billy Dix, Lila Woods and Rudy Frierson. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty nine great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren and more nephews, nieces and friends than can be counted. The relatives and friends of Madeline Clark Frierson are invited to attend her Funeral Service at 1:00 PM, Friday, September 27, 2013, at the James A. McAlister Chapel, 1620 Savannah Highway. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday evening, at the funeral home.
