Mable Clarke Leopard

North Charleston-Mable Clarke Leopard, 96, widow of Benny Harold Leopard, passed away Sunday, October 15, 2017. The relatives and friends of Mable C. Leopard are invited to attend her Funeral Service 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 18, 2017 in the James A. McAlister Chapel, 1620 Savannah Highway. The burial will follow at Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road. The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the service.  Mable was born in Berkeley County, SC on July 3, 1921, a daughter of the late Jesse and Ethel Clarke. She retired from the dietary department of MUSC.  Mable enjoyed cooking for family and friends and spending time in her beautiful garden.    She is survived by a daughter, Vonnie Leopard, son, Ernest Sweat (Alleen) along with grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends that will miss her dearly.
