Lois Turbeville

Lois G. Turbeville, 65, of Charleston S.C, entered into eternal rest on Thursday March 29, 2012. A native of Orangeburg S.C she later moved to Charleston where she has resided ever since. A homemaker, she was the wife of Cordie W. Turbeville Jr., who survives her. She was also the loving mother of 2 children: Michelle Nolan and husband Michael of Holly Hill SC, and Cordie W. Turbeville III of Charleston SC. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Lois was known for her warm, vivacious personality and loved by everyone who knew her. She's not gone, she's just gone ahead. Already missed. The relatives and friends of Lois G. Turbeville are invited to attend her funeral service 3:00 PM Thursday, April 5, 2012, from the chapel of James A. McAlister Funeral Home. Private interment will take place at a later date. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM on Thursday.
