Lois D. King

April 2, 1935 — August 8, 2018

Lois King Johns Island - Lois Donovan King, 83, widow of Richard Lorne King, M.D., died on August 8, 2018, at home surrounded by her family. She was a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother. Lois was born and raised in Jamestown, NY. After raising their family in Pepper Pike, OH, Lois and Richard retired to Seabrook Island, SC in 1994. She is survived by her four daughters, Carolyn Wright of Maui, HI, Lori Beeler (Duane) of Plano, TX, Sara Crocker of Austin, TX, and Susan Browdy (Daniel Foreman) of New York City and eight grandchildren. She is also survived by her loving partner of 13 years, James Talmage. She was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband of 46 years, Dr. Richard Lorne King. A private service has been held.
