Kathryn Keener

Kathryn Keener - Charleston, SC - Kathryn Keener, daughter of Lydia (Taby) Reeves Keener and the late Paul Pinckney Keener, entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of August 1, 2009, in Charleston, SC. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 10, 2009, at Grace Episcopal Church, 98 Wentworth Street, Charleston, SC. The family will receive friends this Sunday afternoon between 5:00 and 7:00 PM at the Keener Residence, 691 Dobester Ave. James Island. Ms. Keener was born in Charleston on April 1, 1960. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and was Office Manager for Transmission Doctors for 15 years. She loved the outdoors and her cat, Buster, and played the piano beautifully. She is survived by her mother, Lydia (Taby) Keener her sister, Paula Keener; her nephew, E. Parker Chavis, all of Charleston, SC; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to MUSC Children's Hospital P.O.
