Joseph Maxwell Tezza, Jr.

Joseph Maxwell Tezza, Jr. entered into eternal rest on December 21, 2024, at his childhood home on Sullivan’s Island, SC, with family at his side.

Joseph was the eldest son of Joseph Maxwell Tezza, Sr. and the late Shirley Barley Tezza. He was born on March 10, 1959, in Charleston, SC.

Joseph is survived by his father, Joseph Maxwell Tezza, Sr. (Charleen); sister, Therese (Terri) Tezza (Mark Swain); children, Haley Tressler Rogers (Larry) and Joseph Maxwell (Max) Tezza III (Hannah); and nephew, Luke Andrews-Tezza. He is also survived by his ex-wife, Betty Holst Tezza and a large extended family consisting of aunts and cousins. Joseph was predeceased by his mother and his brother, Hugo Ernest Tezza.

Funeral services and burial will be limited to immediate and extended family.
