Jeanne Lynn Heinlein Staylor

On December 29, 2022, Heaven accepted a new angel, Jeanne Lynn Heinlein Staylor. Jeanne passed at the age of 66 at her home in Summerville, SC. She will be missed deeply by the love of her life, Raymond Earl Staylor III, as well as her three adoring children, Cynthia Marie New, Raymond Scott Staylor and Amy Ashley Rock.

Jeanne was born in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of Robert Heinlein and Helen Jernegen Heinlein. She is survived by her husband, children and three sisters, Kathy Boyles, Joan Scherer and Terri Kowal as well as her adoring grandchildren, Evelyn Staylor, Candace New, Lillian Staylor, Kristen New, Bayley Rock, Christopher New, Jr. and Isabelle Rock.

Her Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, January 6, 2023, at the James A. McAlister Chapel, 1620 Savannah Highway, Charleston, SC 29407. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the Service. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 604 Ft. Johnson Road, Charleston, SC 29412.
