Janet Anne Fuller Erickson, 91, of Beaufort, SC, formerly of Charleston and the widow of Emile L. Erickson, Jr., entered into eternal rest on Sunday, April 25, 2010. One of eleven children, she was born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota to Bertram Hiram Fuller and Laura Clark Fuller on February 14, 1919. Mrs. Erickson attended Winona State Teachers College. She was a member of the West Ashley Civitan Auxiliary, American Business Professional Women's Association and was a past member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Mrs. Erickson loved playing cards, square dancing and crocheting. She is survived by her children, Anne E. Jones of Beaufort, E. L. "Larry" Erickson and his wife Mel of Charleston, Kendall F. Erickson and his wife Shannon of Beaufort; 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and her brother Gene Fuller. Mrs. Erickson was predeceased by her grandson E. L. Erickson, IV. The relatives and friends of Mrs. Janet A. Erickson are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, April 29, 2010, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends between the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at the James A. McAlister Funeral Home, 1620 Savannah Highway.
