March 3, 1947 — July 14, 2015

Janet Rogers Cesaroni went home to her Heavenly Father on July 14, 2015, peacefully in her sleep as was her wish. The relatives and friends of Janet R. Cesaroni are invited to attend her Funeral Service at 6:00 PM, Friday, July 17, 2016 in the chapel of James A. McAlister Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Crestlawn Cemetery in Atlanta, GA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Online condolences may be made at www.CharlestonFunerals.com. Janet devoted her life to her family and those she loved. Her passion for the Lord was always evident to everyone that knew her. She took great pride in being a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend and was always willing to lend a helping hand or to listen in times of need. She was a wonderful cook, loved flower arranging, gospel music and her pets. Her ultimate and final wish was to go through the golden gates of Heaven and be reunited with those she loved who had gone before her. Janet was born in Atlanta, GA to John Hugh Rogers and Grace Rogers on March 3, 1947. She is predeceased by her mother and father, her beloved brother John Hugh Rogers and her husband Anthony G. Cesaroni. Left behind to cherish her memories are two daughters, Jacinda J. McCormick (James) of Charleston and Beverly M. Crepeau (Jimmy) of Summerville and one son, R. Kenneth Johnson (Pam) of Cottageville. She is also survived by four grandchildren, John Kenneth Johnson of GA, Alexandria Grace McCormick and Gabrielle Lauren McCormick of Charleston and James Nicholas Crepeau of Summerville and one great-grandson Leo Johnson of GA and many friends who loved her. Janet also leaves behind her loving Schnauzer, Andy.
