Jacqueline F. Rowland

Jacqueline Flynn Rowland entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 23, 2014. Jackie was born in Charleston, SC on August 6, 1981, a daughter of Leon Anthony and Patricia Flynn Rowland. She attended Bishop England High School and was a 2004 graduate of the University of South Carolina, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She was employed as a Registered Nurse. Jackie was a vibrant spirit who brought joy to everyone she met. Her confidence and positive energy was matched only by her intelligence. She excelled in everything she did whether it be academics, social life, or her career. Jackie loved every moment of her life and took an unparalleled interest in the world she lived in. She was a force to be reckoned with. Jackie's greatest attribute, however, was her love for her family. She was an amazing daughter, caring for her parents in their times of need, a supportive sister who was there no matter what the circumstance, and a remarkable aunt who showed her nieces and nephews the ways of the world. Most importantly, Jackie was a great mother to four beautiful children. Her passion for motherhood was clear, and was evident by the morals and values she taught her children. Jackie's greatest gift to her family was the love and passion she instilled in all of us. In honor of Jackie's spirit it is only fitting to say GO GAMECOCKS Jackie is survived by her children Hailey and Caiden Buckner and Vinh and Viet Doan; her parents Leon and Patricia Rowland; her sisters: Kay Rowland Coleman and Bonnie Murphy; her nieces and nephews: Zachary Bagwell, Creedence Bagwell, Miles Bagwell, Forrest Bagwell, Cullen Bagwell, Paul Michael Moffett and Linzy Greene; her aunt, uncles and numerous cousins.
