Harold K. Kennedy - Charleston Harold Keith Kennedy entered into eternal rest Friday, January 31, 2014. The relatives and friends of Mr. Harold K. Kennedy are invited to attend his Funeral Service at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 6, 2014, at the Graveside, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends this Wednesday evening between 5:00 and 7:00 PM at the James A. McAlister Funeral Home, 1620 Savannah Hwy. His Guestbook may be signed online at www.JamesAMcAlister.com Mr. Kennedy was born in Hickory, NC on January 13, 1934, a son of Marcellus D. Kennedy and Mattie Jane Wright Kennedy. He was a graduate of St. Andrews High School, a US Army veteran and retired from the James Island Public Works District. He is survived by two sisters, Peggy A. Billings and Jane K. Jennings (Bill). He was predeceased in death by his parents, Marcellus D. Kennedy and Mattie Jane Wright Kennedy; one brother, Mickey Kennedy and two sisters, Juanita Mae Martin and Barbara Lou Chevrier.
