Gwendolyn Jeanette Woods

Gwendolyn Jeanette Woods, 93, of Summerville, SC entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 5, 2017. Gwendolyn was born February 19, 1924 in Toronto, Canada, the daughter of Fredrick Lyon and Geraldine White Lyon. She was a loving wife to Harry Woods (deceased). She was devoted to her 4 children, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. She had a lengthy career in the cargo airline industry. She loved horseback riding and painting. She was a longtime member of the Tallahassee Watercolor society. She is survived by: Evan Woods and his wife Norma, Joanne Storen, Jeff Woods and his wife Sandy, and Tracy Woods. Grandchildren: Tara Haskell, Brie Byrd, Avril Proctor, Matthew Storen. Great Grandchildren: Kylie Proctor, Kayden Pinkerton,and Arya Haskell. We thank Roper Hospice for their loving care.
