Ginny Catherine Summerford

Ginny Catherine Summerford entered into eternal rest Monday, April 25, 2016 at her home in Charleston, SC. Ginny was born March 14, 1990, in Pensacola, Florida. She graduated from Charleston County School of the Arts, attended the College of Charleston, and worked in hospitality. She had a generous heart, a contagious smile, and a love for music.She is survived by her father, George Summerford; her brother, Grant Summerford, and his wife Priscilla; her sister, Ginger Gorrell, and her husband Wil, and their children, Annabel, Clara, and Alan; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Glenda Miller Summerford. Services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, April 28, at Pinecrest Baptist Church. Dr. Al Smith will officiate. Friends may call on the family at the Church from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. prior to the service.
