George Jerry Moskos, Sr.

Mr. George Jerry Moskos, Sr., 86, of Charleston, the husband of June Green Moskos. George was born in Charleston, SC on Monday, February 9, 1925, the son of Kiriakos Moskos and Kiriaki Palassis Moskos. He was a retired retail merchant. He is survived by his loving wife, June Green Moskos of Hollywood, SC; a daughter, Christine M. Smith of Charleston, SC; three sons, Jerry P. Moskos, Jesse D. Moskos and George J. Moskos, Jr. and his wife Charlene all of Charleston, SC; eleven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; a brother, Ross J. Moskos of Charleston, SC; two sisters, Stella M. Tshontikidis and her husband Sava of Satellite Beach, FL and Cleo M. Collins of Canton, NC. The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. George Jerry Moskos, Sr. are invited to attend his Funeral Service at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity, 30 Race St. Charleston, SC. The Committal will be held in Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends this evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity with the Trisagion at 7:00 PM.
