Gail Elizabeth Mcpherson

Gail Elizabeth McPherson, 63, of Charleston, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at her home, after a short illness. The relatives and friends of Ms. Gail E. McPherson are invited to attend her Funeral Service at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at Northbridge Baptist Church, 1160 Sam Rittenberg Blvd, Charleston, SC 29407. Entombment will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens on Highway 61. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Monday evening, at the James A. McAlister Funeral Home, 1620 Savannah Highway. Gail was born in Charleston on July 12, 1953, a daughter of the late William Ray and Helen Adams McPherson. She graduated from Middleton High School, and immediately began her life long career as a flight attendant and was currently employed by American Airlines. She was currently attending Northbridge Baptist Church. She is survived by five brothers: Gerald McPherson and his wife, Lillian, William Ray McPherson III and his wife Terri, Joseph McPherson, Gary McPherson and his wife, Karen and Marty McPherson, all of Charleston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, her special feline friend Munchkin, and her special friends and neighbors, David and Helen Savard.
