Frank Edward Craven II passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018, at age 98. The relatives and friends of Mr. Frank E. Craven II are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. The Rite of Committal will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, Tuesday evening at the James A. McAlister Funeral Home, 1620 Savannah Hwy.

He was a resident of an assisted living community for 4 years. He served in World War II with the Navy Seabees in the Pacific and as a Naval Shipyard planner and estimator during the Cold War. When he retired, he sold real estate for 20 years. His wife, Ruth Murline Johnson passed away two years ago.

Frank is survived by three children, Frank Edward Craven III, Christopher Michael Craven, and Mary Ruth Craven.
