Ernest W. Hilton Sr.

Entered into eternal rest on May 1, 2009, Mr. Ernest Willard Hilton, Sr. husband of Tammy Fleming Hilton, of Ravenel, SC. Mr. Hilton was born in Savannah, GA a son of Willard and Mary King Hilton. He was the owner of Hilton Paint and Body Shop. Ernest was active in stock car racing, antique cars and enjoyed camping. He was "always on the go" and unique in that he could talk to anyone and never met a stranger. Ernest will forever be in the hearts of his family and friends. Ernest is survived by his wife, Tammy F. Hilton; his children, Mary H. Hilton and Ernest W. Hilton II; a grandchild, Logan A. Hilton; his sisters: Mary Ann H. Bone and Linda H. Martin; his brothers Mark R. Hilton and Al K. Hilton as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brothers, Dennis and Michael. The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest W. Hilton, Sr. are invited to attend his Funeral Service at 3:00 PM Sunday, May 3, 2009, at the James A. McAlister Chapel. Interment, Stono Baptist Churchyard, Ravenel.
