Sissy Hall

Entered into eternal rest on April 10, 2026, Eleanor "Sissy" Magee Hall, 78, widow of Ronald Douglas Hall, of Charleston, SC.

Sissy was born October 11, 1947, in Charleston, SC, a daughter of the late Walter T. Magee and Mary C. Magee. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Teresa M. Scaffe and her beloved dog, Sadie. Early in her life, Sissy was a Radiology Technician at Roper Hospital and a kindergarten aide at Blessed Sacrament School before opening her in home daycare. It was at her in home daycare where she discovered her true passion for caring for children.
Sissy was a faithful member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Sissy's greatest happiness came from being with her family and friends and never missed out on an opportunity to have fun.

Surviving Sissy are her sons, Douglas Hall and wife, Anna, of Cumming, GA; Brian Hall and wife, Courtney, and Jeffrey Hall, all of Charleston. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren Sydney Hall, Emilia Hall, Landon Hall, Holden Hall and Hampton Hall. Sissy is also survived by her brother Tom Magee of Charleston, and her sister, Molly Magee of Houston, Texas.

The relatives and friends of Sissy Hall are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 5 St Teresa Dr, Charleston, SC 29407. The family will receive family and friends prior to mass.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Sissy's memory to: Southern Tails Rescue, 1903 Blue Bayou Blvd., Johns Island, SC 29455.

The Rite of Committal will be private.
