Donald Wayne Flood, Sr.

June 15, 1961 — July 22, 2018

Donald Wayne Flood, Sr., husband of Susan Charlene Burn Flood, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018, at the age of 57, after a long illness. The family will receive friends between 5:00 and 7:00 PM, Friday, July 27, 2018, at the James A. McAlister Funeral Home, 1620 Savannah Hwy. All other services will be private.

Donnie, as he was affectionately known, was a Master Mechanic, an avid hunter, loving husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Susan; faithful dog, Nel; son, Donald Jr. “DJ" (Brooke); his mother, Doris Flood; sisters, Sheryl and Terri; brothers, Michael (Tina) and Bucky; stepson, William (Val) and 3 grandchildren, Amerly, Kara and Raylan. He also leaves to mourn, a host of loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. Donnie was preceded in death by his father, Charles and sister, Diane.
