Diane Lynn Galbraith

Entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 2, 2010, Diane Lynn Hanna Galbraith, wife of Gerald A. Galbraith II. Residence, James Island, SC. The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald A. Galbraith II are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, October 6, 2010, at Nativity Catholic Church. The Rite of Committal will be at Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends this Tuesday evening between 6:00 and 8:00 PM at the James A. McAlister Funeral Home, 1620 Savannah Hwy. Diane was born in Charleston, SC on Monday, August 31, 1970, a daughter of James E. and Mary K. Hanna. She graduated from James Island High School and attended Trident Technical College. Diane never knew a stranger. She loved animals and children and was an adoring mother to her own three children. She took great pleasure in cooking for her family and anyone else that happened by and became very good at it over the years. Diane is survived by her husband, Gerald A. Galbraith II ; her children: Jeremy J. Galbraith, Ashley E. Galbraith and Marissa L. Galbraith; her brothers: James E.. Hanna, Jr. and Dale A. Hanna , and his wife, Reba Lynn, her parents, James E. and Mary K. Hanna as well as Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, a niece and a nephew.
