Devin Renard Mitchell

Devin Renard Mitchell, 43, of Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on January 20, 2024.

The relatives and friends of Devin Renard Mitchell are invited to attend his Funeral Service 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 27, 2024, at the James A. McAlister Chapel, 1620 Savannah Hwy, Charleston. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Devin was born December 2, 1980, in Savannah, Georgia. He attended school on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina in his early years and graduated from West Ashley High School. Devin attended SCAD and graduated from Virginia College. He was a supportive and loving son to his mom throughout his lifetime and he will be dearly missed.

Devin is preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Maud Mitchell, Patsy and Richard Sanders, as well as his brother, James Harold Mitchell.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Denise Sanders-Smith; his father, Benjamin Mitchell (Ann); his brother, Alonzo Phoenix; two sisters, Ashley Williams (Saydrian), Bernicesha Phoenix; aunts and uncles, Jerome Perry (Debra) of Savannah, GA, Vernon Sanders of Acworth, GA, Kenneth Sanders (Dru) of Newnan, GA, Michelle Sanders-Bryan (Sidney) of Conyers, GA, Dominic Sanders (Max) of Decatur, GA, Mark Sanders of Decatur, GA, James Mitchell of Rochester, NY and Mary Smith of Savannah, GA, along with a host of great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and friends.
