Cynthia Anne Pinto

Cynthia Anne Pinto entered into eternal rest peacefully as she slept on Monday, January 14, 2013. Cindy was born on September 7, 1959 in Charleston, a daughter of Marie Patton and John W. Pinto. She graduated from St. Andrews High School, attended Trident Technical College and lived all her life in Charleston. She is survived by her father, John W, Pinto; her son, Michael J. Pinto, her sister, Cathy Doughty, her brothers, John W. Pinto, Jr., Andrew A. (Tony) Pinto, G. Joseph (Joe) Pinto, Robert M. (Bob) Pinto and her life partner Mike Presnell and was loved by everyone who knew her. Cindy's relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM Friday, January 18, 2013, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. The Rite of Commital will be private. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM at the James A. McAlister Funeral Home, 1620 Savannah Hwy. Memorial contributions may be made to Blessed Sacrament Church Building Fund, 5 St. Teresa Dr. Charleston, SC 29407.
