Coleen Elizabeth Turner

Mrs. Coleen Elizabeth Cumbee Turner, 72, of Ravenel, the widow of Fred Jimmie Turner, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at her residence. Coleen was born in Charleston, SC on Saturday, February 4, 1939, the daughter of the late Mack and Minnie (Johnson) Cumbee. She was the owner and operator of Turner Cleaning. Coleen is survived by three children, Mary Belinda Goodrich of Stafford, VA, Jimmie D. Turner of Ravenel, SC, Tracy L. Mitchum of Summerville, SC and a brother, Paul Cumbee of Aiken, SC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. The relatives and friends of Coleen E. Turner are invited to attend her Funeral Service at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at the James A. McAlister Funeral Home Chapel, 1620 Savannah Hwy. Charleston. The burial will be held in Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Rd. Summerville. The family will receive friends this evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the James A. McAlister Funeral Home.
