Charlotte Whaley Small

Ms. Charlotte Whaley Small passed on October 3, 2012. She was a native Charlestonian. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 9 at 3:00pm Magnolia Cemetery. The Family will receive friends following the service at 26 Church Street. Born on August 16, 1961, she was the daughter of the late James Hampden Small III and Dolly Myers Small. A graduate of Ashley Hall and the University of Georgia, she found art was her passion and enjoyed working with clay and ceramics. She is survived by her mother and two siblings (Emily Small Ramsay and Strachan Thomas Small). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made The Charleston Animal Society at 2455 Remount Road, N.
