Charles Anthony Troiani

Charles “Chucky” Anthony Troiani, 24, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017. The relatives and friends of Charles A. Troiani are invited to attend his Liturgy of the Word at 3:30 PM Friday, November 3, 2017 at the James A. McAlister Chapel, 1620 Savannah Highway. The Rite of Committal will be private. The family will receive friends between 5:00 and 7:00 PM, Thursday evening, at the Funeral Home.  Chucky was born November 24, 1992 in Charleston, the son of Charles D. Troiani and Jacqueline Jourdain. Chuck, as his father called him, was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Johns Island. He attended Blessed Sacrament Catholic School in West Ashley and later Bishop England High School on Daniel Island. Chuck was passionate about playing video games and was an expert on XBox and Play Station 4. When time permitted, he enjoyed fishing and hiking the Appalachian trail with his father. Chucky especially enjoyed spending time with his sister, Emma and her dog, Ruby. He loved the Carolina Gamecocks and enjoyed watching Kentucky basketball with his mother. Chucky is survived by his father, Charles D. Troiani; his mother, Jacqueline D. Jourdain; his step-father, Kevin Jourdain; his sister, Emma M. Troiani; his grandparents, William and Mary Troiani, and Faye Byrd; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Memorial donations may be made to Pet Helpers, 1447 Folly Road, Charleston, SC 29412.
