CATHERINE L. DONOVAN Charleston- Entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 Catherine Mary Leen Donovan, the widow of Edward F. Donovan and John Tully. The relatives and friends of Catherine L. Donovan are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM Friday, August 6, 2010, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 89 Hasell St.. The family will receive friends at the James A. McAlister Funeral Home, 1620 Savannah Hwy., this Thursday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Surviving are her daughter, Joan M. Keating and her husband, Edward, and her two grandchildren, Donovan and Gabrielle Keating. Kate was born in New York City a daughter of the late Patrick and Hannah Riordan Leen on Monday, September 30, 1929, and was a graduate of Aquinas High School in the Bronx. Kate was an accounting department manager at Long Island Jewish Medical Center for over 20 years and most recently was a receptionist at the Canterbury House in Charleston. To those that knew Kate there is no doubt she has already started without us being about.
