Carolyn Elizabeth Pendarvis Charleston, SC - Carolyn Elizabeth Pendarvis, 67, of Charleston, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Charleston, SC on Saturday, February 6, 1943, the daughter of Viola Griffith Pendarvis and the late James Smoak Pendarvis. Carolyn was a graduate of St. Andrews High School, a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church and a retired beautician. She also worked for the Post and Courier as a telemarketer. Carolyn is survived by her mother, Viola G. Pendarvis; three sisters, Mary Lou P. Wickstrom, Marlene "Teenie" P. Jett (Harry), Sandra P. Daniels (Thomas); ten nieces and nephews, Gwyn W. Senokossoff (Andrew), Eric A. Wickstrom (Kim), Abigail W. Vella (Paul), Lili M. Jett, Lisa J. Hobbs (Richard), Randleson A. Floyd III (Alvin Abinsay), James P. Daniels (Jennifer), Barry A. Daniels, Sr., Angel I. Daniels, Barry A. Daniels, Jr. and twelve grand nieces and nephews, Andrew, Taylor, Matthew, Courtney, Katherine, Paul James, Ethan, Victoria, Cody, Erica, Joshua and Nicholas. She was predeceased by her brother-in-law, James Wickstrom and a nephew, Happy Jett. The relatives and friends of Carolyn E. Pendarvis are invited to attend her Funeral Service at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 95 Folly Rd. Charleston at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 27, 2010 with The Reverend David M. Dubay officiating. The family will receive friends at James A. McAlister Funeral Home, 1620 Savannah Hwy. Charleston from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Sunday, December 26, 2010.
