Carl was an excellent cook who rarely shared his secret recipes. He was a loving grandfather who loved spending time with his grandchildren. A jovial man who loved a good time, he will be missed by all who had the chance to know him. Mr. Woods is survived by his two children: Alicia Hart and husband Thomas, Carl S. Woods, Jr., 2 grandchildren: Ian Woods, Samuel Hart; 4 siblings: Linda Buice and husband Dennis, Greg Woods, Betty Oswald and husband Edward, Lynne Woods, 5 nieces and nephews.
