Brett Andrew Bethard, 40, husband of Jennifer Lynn Rutherford Bethard, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017.The family will receive friends to celebrate Brett's life from 4:00-6:00 PM Monday, December 4, 2017 at the James A.
