Beverly Morrison Driggers

Beverly Morrison Driggers, 62, wife of William "Bill" Driggers, entered into eternal rest on Friday, February 27, 2015. The relatives and friends of Bill and Bev Driggers are invited to attend her Funeral Service 10:00 AM Monday, March 2, 2015, at the James A. McAlister Chapel, 1620 Savannah Highway, Charleston. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery on James Island. The family will receive friends between 4:00 & 6:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home. A native of Charleston, Bev was a daughter of the late Thomas G., Sr. and Dolores Sanders Morrison. Bev served for many years and was retired from Mount Pleasant Water Works, where she served as a Plant Operator. She loved spending time with her family, friends, and her dog Sky. Bev always loved the beach, sunsets, shagging, beach music, & Clemson football. She was a member of James Island Baptist Church. Bev is survived by her husband Bill, her sister Cheryl McKay (Brad) of Charleston, her brother Tommy Morrison (Martha) of James Island, Mother-in-law Judy M. Driggers of Lake City, SC, 2 Stepsons, Doug Driggers of Charlotte, NC and Darren Driggers (Krista) of Moncks Corner, SC, Honorary Daughter English Suggs (Ken) of James Island, her Grandson Sullivan Driggers, niece Lisa McKay, 3 nephews Brad McKay, Jr. (Jennifer), Tom Morrison (Carole), Robert Morrison, and 2 great-nieces Bryce and Brooke McKay. The family would like to extend special thanks to her many caregivers who made such a difference in her life. Flowers are accepted, or memorials in Bev's memory may be made to Lutheran Hospice, 1885 Rifle Range Road, #46, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
