Betty Frances Lee Kastner

Betty Frances Lee Kastner, 94, of Johns Island, SC, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, November 09, 2022. The relatives and friends of Betty Kastner are invited to attend her Funeral Service 2:00 PM Saturday, November 19, 2022 from the Family Life Center of Fort Johnson Baptist Church, 1473 Camp Road, James Island. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service.

Betty was born August 15, 1928 in Martinsburg, WV, daughter of the late Louise Anna Herman and John Parker Arrington. She was a retired Certified Nursing Assistant with an emphasis on Elder Care. Betty was a devoted member of Fort Johnson Baptist Church and was loved by all who knew her.

Betty was a loving mother to sons Walter (Pete) Eugene Frazier, Randy Lee Frazier, and daughter Cathy Lynn Frazier.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Betty's name may be made to the Fort Johnson Baptist Church Building Fund.
