Ashley Elizabeth Jourdain

It is with heavy hearts and peaceful prayers to announce on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, the Lord called one of our own Ashley Elizabeth Jourdain home. Ashley was born on March 18, 1984 gracing us with her beauty and heart warming smile and laid to her eternal rest on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, which also happens to be her late deceased Grandmother Edna Kiser’s birthday. Family was a huge part of Ashley’s life. She loved getting together, cooking big dinners, and filling a room with laughter.

Surviving are her parents, Debbie and Donnie Jourdain; her 5 strong boys, Christian Jourdain (21), Jordan Watson (12), Ashton Watson(9), Mikael Watson(8), and Asher Adams (6); and her loving companion and father to the boys Jerald Watson. Ashley and Jerald extended their little family and graced Joseph and Rochelle Adams of Simpsonville the honor of being parents to Asher. They looked forward to the times they would all come down and be together on holidays.

From the time Ashley came into this world until the time she left it she was most definitely one of a kind with a heart of gold. She left her mark on all who had the pleasure to know her. Even though it hurts now she is always with us and no longer lost but stronger than ever backing us up and standing beside us every step of the way. She would want us all but most importantly her boys to cherish the memories we will forever have, love her and even talk to her. Don't let this or the grieving stray them from their path to greatness. They will see her again one day and will all be together in the kingdom of heaven. This is not a goodbye but simply a see you later, Amen.
