Annie Bosl Garcia, widow of Roberto A. Garcia, of Charleston, died Sunday, February 24, 2013. She was a quality control inspector with The Bosch Corporation and retired after many years of faithful service. Annie was born in Kagern, Germany on April 18, 1929, a daughter of Franciska and Georg Bosl. She came from humble beginnings in Germany and was very grateful for the opportunity to enjoy the life and blessings in America. Annie had a love of life and all God's creations. She was a devout mother, a loyal wife and a doting grandmother and great grandmother. She was a very generous and caring woman and will be greatly missed. Annie is survived by her daughter, Monica G. Greer; her grandchildren, Kenneth G. Teague, Jr. and Robert H. Teague; her great grandchildren, Taylor K. Teague, Lillie Anna Teague and Graycen K. Teague; her brother, Georg Bosl and her sisters, Erna Wenzl (Walter), Margie Sanchez (Paul) and Maria Rettinger. Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Roberto, her sister, Betty Bosl and her brother, August Bosl. The relatives and friends of Annie B. Garcia, are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. The Rite of Committal will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, this Tuesday evening at the James A. McAlister Funeral Home, 1620 Savannah Highway.
