Ann Elizabeth Palmer

Ann E. Palmer of Charleston, SC, passed away Saturday, July 1st after a long illness. She was 76 years old.

Born September 29, 1946 to the late Elizabeth Warden Truax and Maurice Truax, she graduated from West High School, Corning, NY in 1964 and attended Mansfield State College. Ann married Edwin Palmer in April of 1967 at Oakwood United Methodist Church in Elmira Heights, NY.

She is survived by her husband Edwin N. Palmer of Charleston, daughter Jennifer Palmer of Charleston, brother and sisters-in-law, beloved nieces, cousins, several grand-nieces and nephews, and many fur babies.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, August 19, 2023 at the First Baptist Church, 130 West Water Street, Painted Post, NY.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the PAN Foundation ( https://www.panfoundation.org/?form=donations) .
